Return and Exchange Policy:
Thank you for shopping at Haven! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns:
Please note, we are a small boutique with inventory constantly changing. We accept returns within 14 days of the date you received your order for store credit for full price items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all original tags attached.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at jessa@haventahoe.com to request a return authorization. Once your return is authorized, you will receive instructions on how to proceed with sending the item back to us.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure that your return arrives safely to us. We are not liable for items we do not receive back to us.
Final Sale
Please note that certain items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. This includes but is not limited to swimwear, beauty products, hosiery, lingerie, and items purchased during promotional sale events.
We encourage customers to review product details carefully before making a purchase, especially for final sale items. If you have any questions about the eligibility of an item for return or exchange, please contact our customer service team prior to placing your order.
Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason, including but not limited to sizing issues or change of mind.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 2-5 business days. The refund will be issued to a gift card.
Please note that the refund amount will be the purchase price of the item(s) returned, minus any shipping and handling fees incurred at the time of purchase. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchange:
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team at jessa@haventahoe.com to request an exchange authorization for in stock items. Once your exchange is authorized, we will provide instructions on how to return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
